Some observations

John married Amelia Whittaker in 1840. Their last child is born in 1846. Amelia Westcombe dies in Melbourne, Vic in 1872 but John Westcombe is reported travelling from Melbourne to Adelaide in 1853. He has six children to Ann O'Leary before marrying her and then has a further 5. Was this a bigamous relationship?
